1. The installer is a NSIS installer (.exe) for 64-bit (x64) and requires Windows 10 / Windows 11. Roughly 189 MB to download.

2. The Mac app is a disk image (.dmg) for Apple Silicon (M1 or newer) and requires macOS 12 (Monterey) or newer. It is signed and notarized by Apple, so it opens without a warning: drag 24KaratSolutions into Applications, then open it. Windows and Mac get the same version.

3. The phone app is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad (iOS 15 or newer), and on Google Play for Android (Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) and newer). A direct Android APK is also available for shops that cannot reach the Play Store; installing it means allowing installation from your browser once, in Android's settings.

4. The 15-day trial covers every module and collects no payment details. Your database is created on your own machine and stays there.
