Is there really nothing locked behind a higher tier?
Correct. The plans differ only in how long they run. Every module is in every plan — a one-month licence and an annual licence unlock exactly the same software.
What happens when the trial ends?
Billing stops until a licence is active. Nothing is deleted — the database stays on your computer, and everything is there again the moment you activate.
Do I need internet to use it?
No. The app runs on your own PC and keeps working with the connection down. It syncs when the connection returns. Internet is needed only to activate or renew a licence.
Can I use it on more than one computer?
A licence covers one shop and one counter. Additional counters are licensed separately — talk to us and we will price it for your setup.
How do I pay?
Online through Razorpay — UPI, card or netbanking. A GST invoice is issued for every payment.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. The database file is yours and sits on your machine. Reports export to Excel and PDF, and GST returns export in the Government's JSON format.
