Does the software work without internet?

Yes. 24KaratSolutions works both ways — run it fully offline with all billing, stock, girvi and accounting on your own PC, or enable the secure online database to access your shop from anywhere. In offline mode you only need internet briefly to sign in and activate or renew your subscription.

Where is my business data stored, and is it secure?

Your choice. In offline mode everything lives in an encrypted database on your own computer and never leaves your machine. If you enable online access, your data is kept in your own private, isolated space on our secure servers — encrypted in transit and at rest, completely separated from every other business.

How does the free trial work?

You get a 15-day free trial with all modules and no credit card. Once the trial ends you simply pick a plan and pay securely via Razorpay to keep using the app.
