Sell on credit. The khata updates itself.

Every name, what they owe, and since when.

Rupees and grams in the same khata.

Remind them on WhatsApp, or let it remind them.

Type a name. See every due. Remind in one click.

Every side of the khata.

Know who owes what. Always.

Every sale on credit lands in that customer's khata the moment it's billed, and every payment comes off the same way. The list of who owes you, and for how long, keeps itself — so collecting is a matter of asking, not adding up.

Made for a jeweller's khata.

  • Dues by age. 0–30, 31–60, 61–90 and over 90 days, so the oldest get the first call.

  • Rupees and grams. Gold owed is kept in fine grams, and can be fixed to rupees at an agreed rate.

  • Reminders that send themselves. Each morning on WhatsApp or SMS, or one tap from the customer's page.

  • Both sides of the counter. What customers owe you, and what you owe suppliers and karigars.

  • Oldest dues clear first. Payments settle the oldest charges, the way you'd do it by hand.

  • In your pocket too. 24K on your phone shows what's to collect, with a daily reminder to collect it.

Your data is private property.

24K keeps your shop's records with you, and decides who at the counter sees what. The licence is the only thing that talks to us.

  • On your own computer. On the desktop app, bills, girvi, khata and stock are stored on the shop's PC. Billing carries on with the internet down.

  • Staff see only their part. The owner signs in with a password, staff with their own PIN, and each role opens only the screens it needs.

  • Backups you own. Back up to your own Google Drive, in a private folder only 24K can read on your behalf. Nobody else has a copy.

  • A licence, not your ledger. The only thing 24K checks with our servers is that your plan is active. Your customers, rates and totals are never sent.

Questions? Answers.

Do I need to enter udhaar separately from the bill?

No. Whatever is left unpaid on a bill goes to that customer's khata by itself.

Can a customer pay part of what they owe?

Yes. Receive any amount in cash or UPI; it clears the oldest dues first and the balance updates.

Can I keep gold owed, not just rupees?

Yes. Metal owed is kept in fine grams, and you can fix it to rupees at an agreed rate whenever you settle.

How do reminders work?

Through your own WhatsApp Business or SMS account. Send one with a tap, or switch on automatic reminders that go out each morning around the due date.

Does it track what I owe suppliers?

Yes. The same khata shows what you owe suppliers and karigars, with a daily alert for dues coming up.

Can I see dues on my phone?

Yes. The 24K app shows what's to collect and can remind you daily, even without internet.

Every rupee owed, in one place.
