Your data is private property.
24K keeps your shop's records with you, and decides who at the counter sees what. The licence is the only thing that talks to us.
On your own computer. On the desktop app, bills, girvi, khata and stock are stored on the shop's PC. Billing carries on with the internet down.
Staff see only their part. The owner signs in with a password, staff with their own PIN, and each role opens only the screens it needs.
Backups you own. Back up to your own Google Drive, in a private folder only 24K can read on your behalf. Nobody else has a copy.
A licence, not your ledger. The only thing 24K checks with our servers is that your plan is active. Your customers, rates and totals are never sent.

Does 24K track pieces and bulk metal?
Both. Tagged pieces get P-codes, bulk metal sits in L-coded lots, and a lot can be split into pieces.
Can I print barcode tags?
Yes — barcode and QR tags in five label sizes, printed from the item and scanned at billing.
Does it support RFID?
Not yet. Barcode and QR tags are supported today.
Is there a physical stock-count screen?
Not yet. Every movement is logged and the stock reports show what should be on hand; a counting screen to tick it off is on the way.
How is karigar wastage handled?
Metal issued and received is tracked to the gram, and wastage is booked as an expense rather than taken out of your stock silently.
Can I buy old gold into stock?
Yes. Old gold goes into its own stock in fine grams, and can be sent to a refinery and received back.
